Hahahahah...Bought new study table in IKEA and got it delivered and assembled today. She freaked out coz no space to put her books (lotssss of spacess but she can't see it). I said, let's go buy small storage in IKEA so it is properly stored. NOooooooo she don't want to go through all that showrooms, self pick-up items and assembles thingy.

Then, I said again, she survived 3D2N in the jungle during her camping, got bitten by small creatures, spooked by ghost and yet she afraid of IKEA!! That is why our study table was delivered and assembled by IKEA..200++ more charges *cryyyyyy*

Stamp Duty

So yesterday I went to LHD*N in Hentian Kajang, Jalan Reko. Supposedly we need to do that thing last year because the tenancy agreement for N's house started in November 2016. So we forgot about that and last week, we got lawyer letter from Indah Water because our tenant didn't pay for their IWK. So what are u gonna do when this thing happened? We informed the tenant that we will deduct their deposit and utilities money for this IWK that we paid for them. It was about RM200++ since 2016. I don't understand why they didn't pay for it, it cost only RM24 for 8 or 6 months!! So they said they forgot, they will pay for it and don't want us to deduct their deposit. So we're kind enough to pay for them first and they just pay to us later. And they did pay yesterday. So that's why I need to do the stamping yesterday to make sure the agreement is valid in the court if anything happened. And we got penalty due to more than 3 months late!! The penalty was RM50 huuuuuuuu...

The point is here...If u don't want to Q in LHD*N, u just need to wait for them to open at 8 am! That was what I did ahhahha..Last 2 years, we went to the office during lunch hour so the PIC there asked us to buy 'setem hasil' in post office. So I thought that was the procedure. So yesterday, I went to the office to ask them how much 'setem hasil' that I need to buy from post office (Open at 830 am). He said no need, just fill in the form. So I filled in the form and take my number, and just go to the counter when they called which was very quick, they called as soon as they gave the number. So the lady in the counter said, if we come before 3 pm, they do not need the 'setem hasil' because they will stamped using the machine. But after 3 pm, u need the 'setem hasil' or if u already know how much your document cost, then u can buy the stamp beforehand. So the stamp is depending on your document so in our case, it is depending on our rental which is RM1200 so the stamp cost about RM48 only. Remember do not exceed 3 months after the date of your rental started.

I jotted this down because I might do it again if our tenant move out or for the next house reference.

Not that I hate public holiday, but when it falls on the middle of the week, my lazy ass is acting up. Plus not much I can do now that I need to attend training during Ramadhan and whole Syawal 😂😂

N is on her writing phase. I hope she can finish it off by this year so next year I can be at home for my phd and I can laugh at her while she's getting up for work..*Evil grin*

Life is awesome alhamdulillah. N is on track with her study schedule. We bought our 2nd house near here and still don't know what to do with it. Put on rental, yes one of the option. I will try to persuade her to stay there because it is close to my work place but not hers. Maybe I'll persuade her to change her work too..hahaha..Yeah I can do that but we'll see how is it going after the house is finished.

I'm gonna be in Japan during Syawal so N is sad, so am I. But she survived my 3-months-fellowship, I'm sure she can survive this one too. She is tougher than she thought, my old-spoilt N.

Celebrated 8 years of anniversary in our tradition restaurant early this month. Life has been easy for us Alhamdulillah. N will have her proposal defense next week, please wish her luck, not that she needs it. Nak akhir tahun ni mood pun mandom je tassabar nak cuti panjang. Cuti panjang doesn't mean finishing all of your annual leave, it can be out of office for conference as well hihihih.. 

I've been honeymooning from study for so long now. I'm waiting for the moon  PhD supervisor to fall on my lap even-though I can't even see the super-moon last time. At the moment, there are two potential supervisors that I've interested on however both of them gave my different issues that I need to consider. I need to talk to both of them and tell them my issues and I will start from there. By hook or by crook I want to start and register next year.. Insya Allah..

Selamat Berpuasa dan Selamat Menyambut Hari Raya!

N and I are great if anyone asking. I just finished my master and just done scrolled through all the blog's updates. N is still with her phd. My phd will be not so soon. Maybe next year. Let me rest and catch up all my movies first. So next target is to lose few kgs of my beloved fats! I started in Feb and lost about 6kg for now. Yayyy me!!

Did I tell u that I survived my 6 months study leave and my 2nd sem master? Plus, I got a very good result. Awatla pandai sangat nih! ahahahah...*cakap besau*

I don't have any update, or I'm just lazy to write..We're both okay, N and I..she's busy with her phd..

We will take a break this CNY holidays and spend sometime together..

ok ape nak cakap after 5 months out of blogging? hehehe...busy is a cliche word but the truth is i'm super duper busy..I have a week holiday for raya okay let's not skip this part..

I finished my semester 1 exam and I got the result ALREADY! Hehehe..Alhamdulillah, mestilah cemerlang..Hahaha.. And I buat kerja gila, I applied for postgraduate course for 6 months, learning something related to my work, it is an international course but held in my office and I got extra allowance besides my salary.. Okay lah kan?? But, this course is a real kill course, lecture 9-5, labs, demos, practicals, test...u name it, all in package..The only thing yg best adalah I dapat cuti belajar..and allowance for USD 600..Sape tanak kan? So here I am busy mcm nak mati...

For my master, rest for 2 months and masuk balik september..I can't imagine how my life would be starting Sept onwards..Alhamdulillah N will start her study leave on Sept as well, so we will be study-buddies..So far itu je major changes in our life..Oh, I'm also a part time gardener, balcony gardening to be exact..banyak dah boleh tuai..N tukang siram bila I tade je..lain2 I hadap sorang, ubat stress belajar..hehe..

OK that's all for now, I baru habis scroll all the updates from other blogs..

Baru je happy dengan surat semalam, siap celebrate our 'achievements' last night, tup tup pagi ni dah kejadah berlaku huhuhu...

Semalam dapat surat keramat dari admin, alhamdulillah..tak tunggu pun surat tu, tapi happy la dapat tetiba camtu, gila ko tak hepi heeee...

Bawak kete ayah, mungkin tak hepi sgt bwk dia so pagi tadi, terseret sikit hahahaha..pegi buat hari khamis ni la, boleh N hantar gi keje on Friday lol..paksa dia bangun awal lagi hihihihi..

Sabtu start first class, nervous, but boleh la...malam tu N ajak teman pegi wedding her colleague..

Pengsan non stop activities, weekdays to weekend..

Excited with our study room, N bought whole lot of PC system..aku yang start belajar dulu, dia yang melebih..she set it up so that we just download movies into that PC and stream to our TV...tayah letak laptop depan TV lagi..cool eh? Biasa je..:D

Another phase in our life is coming up. N with her PhD and me with my master soon. N got her keys for the apartment last friday. So next project is to renovate the house before renting it out. Alhamdulillah so far, 2015 treating us well for now.. 

This year we just lay low for holiday..Maybe not for another 1-2 years? Huhu...Every little project we had, we make sure to make it happen..

So anyone want to rent a house in Bandar Tasik Selatan? Hehehe..The song is nothing related to anyone or anything..

Happy New Year!! Finally, we celebrated New Year NOT in our house, urgh technically new year eve was at home, while N was marking her exam papers and being disturbed by me. We did marathon Pretty Little Liars until I dreamt of it this morning.

We visited Ipoh and Taiping for new year's trip. Overnight in Ipoh, visited several places and went back to KL on Friday. Saturday and Sunday N continued with her marking. Huwaaaa.....

Hari ni hari malas. Last Friday, I balik awal to settle my new car loan application. Lots of going on but I don't have time to write anything, sahkan writing, reading pun tak sempat. Nasib baik sempat pergi toilet, tu pun kena tahan2 :p

It is hard to have a very ambitious boss, let we say bossesss?? Lots of thing to tackle in the lab and I just don't have enough energy and hand to run it alone. Both of my colleagues are back from maternity leave, boleh lah pass around the job sikit. I hope they don't get pregnant again next year :((

N successfully signed the S&P and paid for the house deposit. Now let the lawyer do their job. And I'll get my new baby next week :)

I dragged N to pick up my stuff from Port Klang, yes Port Klang, the first time in our life went there last friday to pick up my boxes. **Damn you shipping!!** >> I wouldn't recommend this shipping company anymore to anyone, they base in the UK and they have signed the MOU with Malaysia company but they did shitty job!

But to my relieve, I got back all my stuff and I've finished with the laundry, just realized that I've bought lots of clothes *Sigh*

So, now I can cross the list! Next weekend I'll be in PWTC for the whole two days!! Actually, I volunteered  sebab dapat cuti ganti!! HEEEEEE.....

I can't believe I finished up Fifty Shades of Grey in one day! I know..Pervert is my middle name :p

Busy memanjang. Done with our little cruise honeymoon awal bulan ritu. Baru nak cter? Sukehati kiterr laaa..

Both of us had a hectic life since August and a little bit slow for me now, but N still in busy mode. Sampaikan her home loan pun I tolong follow up kan. N in progress to buy a house. Our 2nd home actually..we're going to rent it. It is at the same place. Easy to jenguk2 lah kan. Tapi ditakdirkan jodoh I dgn N tak panjang memang perang besar la duk asyik tengok tingkap rumah aje. The application is still in progress, and very slow. And I still didn't get my shipment. Stupid shipping company!

My work is good, better actually. Just finished up my work plan. And now back to the lab. *Sigh* Dahla penat la nak type. Later. Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Adha in advance.

Me: I'm really2 sorry...Promise you won't tell anyone okay??

N: Okay..I promise...Apa? Cakapla..(Sambil merayu and ketakutan)

Me: Bie...I'm sorry..I'm really2 sorry...........Actually.................I'm a Russian Spy!! Hahahahahahaahahahahahahahah!!!!!!! (Gelak besar)

N: *&^&%$^$^$!!!!!! Tau tak sampai kencing tanak keluar tau!!!!!!!! Siot !!!!!

OH Well, sape suruh balik lambat, kan dah kena! Bluwekkkk!!!

Mcm biasa raya asing2. This year not much of drama from N side. Which means no match make or what so ever from her family. Mine? Of course lah takde. Tade sape berani nak match make kan I sbb I asyik bagi jelingan tajam je if they say anything about getting married.

Back to work this first week, mood lemau tp kena kerja jugak sbb next week I'll be busy with the training course - 2 weeks. Then, end of this month, we will go on cruise and continue the holiday to Johor, temankan N outstation. Baik kan I ni? Oh well! Cuti banyak lagi, penat kerja non-stop - mcmlah kerja angkut balak yang penat sgt.

Last night we went to N's friend for Raya. Somewhere near our house. The apartment really crowded and not well maintained. That was not it. This friend is married with one kid. Bila balik je N cakap kat I, 'beruntung sgt I met you and be with u' and I said, 'why???' .. she said 'ko rajin, kemas rumah, kalau harapkan aku mesti rumah dah bersepah and lagi teruk dari RUMAH TADI'.. I was speechless and don't know what to say and I slept!

For me N sgt baik and jaga percakapan dia, tapi kalau dia rasa sesuatu tu not right, she just being as cruel as me. Jahat kan N ckp rumah kwn dia tu bersepah?? But yeah for married people, agak sepah jugak la and malu jugak org dtg tgok camtu, that's not real point here, the point now is, BANGGA kena puji dgn N!! Hahahaahahahahaha. I know, masuk bakul angkat sendiri, but I don't care. Mesti N bangga jugak dlm diam tu tanak bgtau I. 

Oh btw, memang I dgn N cakap 'ko aku' sebab pelik nak tukar because we started as friend, dah sesuai sgt ber ko aku. Panggilan manja tu ada jugak, but not in public. Kalau mood mengada2 baru lah mengada-ngada betul.

I finished all the works in the morning so that if any changes needed, I still have the afternoon to change it. Super busy after Raya. An event to attend to, luckily it is just here in the office but as the organizer, kenala berlari2 anak kesana kemari.

Life is good, relationship is great. N asked me to follow her outstation to the South after Raya. We'll see if it suits to my schedule. End of the August we'll go on the cruise. Finished my fellowship presentation yesterday. It went well. Alhamdulillah.

Sekarang tinggal berdua, tiap2 mlm tdoe luar layan movie before tdoe. As usual, I'll sleep first. While watching Revenge, N woke me up, no, not wake me up, more to sergah I but I didn't remember. She said I mad at her and as a result she just hit me because I didn't wake up. Kalau ada bom pun tak bangun kot??

Oh, I brought N to Chakri Palace for her birthday treat. Hadiah? Postpone sebab dia tatau dia nak ape.

It was a sad tragedy. Really2 sad. I have no words to say how sad I am. A month ago I remember departed from Amsterdam airport, I was so happy to go home, back to normal boring life but the feeling of boarding the flight to go home is just a very exciting moment. I never thought of being shot, the only thing that worries me about flying is just the turbulence. I'm scared of flying because I've experienced a really bad turbulence before. But never cross my mind that we can be shot in airspace! I never cry of any disaster, but this one, it broke my heart. Innalillah to all muslims and may others rest in peace..

## I postponed the entry for N's birthday

Mcm nak tulis tp tatau nak tulis ape. Merapu jela. Finished my lecture yesterday. 3 hari berturut2 ajar mende sama to different group of students. Lepas 1 bab. Next week ade lagi 1 kena present pasal my training hari tu to our group. I'm not good in explaining but I try my best. Next week N's birthday. I tade hadiah lagi huhuhu. Tapi dah reserve special place for our breakfast la. Tade la teruk benau gf nye ni haa.

I dah dapat deposit from landlord kat Scotland nun. Kaya sekejap la. Need to work out how to transfer money from my SV account to my account here. I just realized that I've lost my Italy's pictures!!!!

So, to recover, N and I planned to go to Italy in two years time. *Start kumpul duit*

Ah tension kalau hari jumaat, mesti ade mcm2 dgn kerja!! nanti la dah free nanti baru senang nak bercerita :(

4 days of fasting, hari ni N kecundang tak bangun sahur.

Ah tade mood nak menulis. I was busy everyday since I got back. But today I malas! Next week I need to do lecturing 3-consecutive days! Work here and there bertaburan mcm hape.

Kat rumah pun busy, our housemate moved out officially last week. So just me and N for now and forever. We're not planning to get other people as I don't want to deal with bad behavior tenant! So we need to do some shopping for the empty room which we converted into study room (study sangat lah kan)

Nothing much exciting. More plan after Raya maybe?
